A Russian missile collided with a Ukrainian military facility four miles from the village of Koti, Ukraine, on Sunday.
According to Yaroviv Governor Maksym Kozytskyy, the attack killed 35 people and injured 134.
At the training facility, officially known as the Yarobib International Peacekeeping and Security Center, soldiers and volunteers ran to hide in turmoil when missiles attacked the barracks.
One of the foreign volunteers stationed at the base told NTD reporter Dan Skolbach and Epoch Times reporter Ivan Penchukov what had happened.
