In order to celebrate the official completion of the acquisition of Boston Dynamics, Hyundai recently invited its brand ambassador, BTS, to dance with BD’s Spot and Atlas robots in the promotional film. From the first video below, you can see several shots of robots and BTS members dancing with modern Ioniq advertising songs. And the second video is a group dance of 7 Spots. They represent a bulletproof boy, and the actions they pose indeed look very K-pop.
Only the videos of Spot performances have accumulated nearly 400,000 views after being launched on YouTube, and the broadcasts of the promotional videos with BTS bonus are almost 10 times that of it. Of course, none of these can be compared with Bangtan’s own MV. Their new song “Butter” had previously recorded 113 million YouTube views in 24 hours.
