Former Trump aide Steve Bannon offers to testify in a U.S. investigation into the riots on January 6

Washington (Reuters)-Steven Bannon, a former close adviser to Donald Trump, told a panel of Congress investigating an attack on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, before he was tried.
